Log in to the ABE by using your current log in & password (Seaweb) through the Travel Agent Center on SeaDream.com: http://www.seadream.com/travel-agent-center/ Select Online Booking Log In
The login page defaults to “MY RESERVATIONS”
My Reservations - This is where you find your OF and BK status reservations. You can search by different criteria or none. Click on New Reservations to shop/make a reservation. Click on Guests to Search for Club Members or Create new guests (same as found in “New Reservations”) Click on Groups to find your Groups & Group Delegates (view only)
Click on the Res # to display the booking. You can change the order the bookings are displayed by clicking on any of the columns.
New Reservation: Click on New Reservation to start your booking process. You will see “Opened Reservations” dashboard appear. The “negative” number indicates that you are still shopping and have not stored the booking yet. The number of guests default to 2. To search for a voyage, enter the “From” date and click on “Start Search” which will display available voyages within a 30-day window. There is no need to select vacation length, Region, Embark Port, Yacht, One or more guests 55 or older, State/Province.
Select a voyage – Please select from available voyages.
Select a voyage (cont’d): Click on View to display the itinerary. Click on the lead-in price to see available categories and fares (anything you see with a hyper link you may click on to see more information).
Select a category: Once you select a voyage, the next step is to select a category.
Select Stateroom: After selecting a category, you need to choose a stateroom. Please do not select GTY. If it is selected in error, Reservations will assign a stateroom the following business day.
Guest Info Tab: Click on Create to add new clients or click on Search to find a Club Member. To change the occupancy, you can DELETE or Add Guest .
Guest Info Tab: To add a new client, you need to enter Title , Last Name , First Name & Gender . Please add date of birth and address, phone and email if available. This can be added later on, but only via Reservations. A new Guest ID and Household are created. When adding more than 1 new guest, you have the option of adding them to the same Household or create a new Household
Guest Info Tab: To search for a Club Member, you need to enter Club Number + Last Name or Last Name , First Name and date of birth . Search by phone number is not an option.
Guest Info Tab: Search result after entering Last Name, First Name and date of birth. Click on Household ID to display HH members. Check all guests in HH who should be included in this booking.
Guest Info Tab: After adding the guests, you have the option of View their profile (address/phone/email), Search for a Club Member, Remove the Guest, Delete guest and Add Guest .
Special Requests Tab: this is where you will select twin/queen bed and other requests for one or all guests. Simply click on the request and continue.
Special Requests Tab: After selecting Continue, you will see your Special Requests. From here you ca n Delete , Add , Update or Continue .
Invoice Tab: Please review the invoice and select Continue . This will take you to the Payment Schedule Page.
Payment Schedule Tab: To place a courtesy hold on the reservation, please select Commit booking (no payment). To confirm the reservation, please contact Reservation prior to the First Deposit Due Date.
Reservation Summary Tab: Please review the Dashboard. You know you have saved the option, when “SHOPPING” has changed to OFFER. Your reservation number is to the left of OFFER.
When the booking is in OFFER status, you have the option of selecting “Sending Confirmation”, “Travel with”, “Cancel Reservations”, “Itinerary” , “Commission”, “Charge Total”, “Copy Reservation” or “Contact Us” through the dashboard. To add an “Amenity”, please contact Reservations.

Groups Tab: Here you can display your groups and bookings within your group. You can Search by entering any of the search criteria’s or simply select Search, which will display all your groups.
Groups Tab: To display the bookings in your group, click on the Group ID.
Groups Tab: You will be able to see bookings in BK, OF and CX status. Groups and bookings within a group can be viewed only. To set up a group, make changes to an existing group or booking within a group, must be done thru Reservations.
