WINEMAKER´S DINNER Marilisa Allegrini is the sixth generation running well reputed Valpolicella producer Allegrini Estates. With vineyards in Valpolicella, Montalcino and Bolgheri, Marilisa Allegrini will bring a range of northern Italian jewels to our tables for her Wine- maker’s Dinner. With her elegance and enthusiasm, her company is as delightful as the wines. ON BOARD TASTING Mai Tjemsland MW is Norway’s first and only female Master of Wine (of which there are only 312 in the world). Having moved to Palermo, Tjemsland is now an expert on the wines of Sicily. She will hold a unique Master Class on board SeaDream I as it sails from Lipari to Etna, including a wine tasting to showcase the new and exciting development of elegant Sicilian wines.

Fattoria Le Pupille “Saffredi” Vineyard. Ever since the dynamic Elisabetta Geppetti took over the winery in the mid 1980s, this Maremma vineyard has been one of the stars among the “Su- per-Tuscan” producers. We are hosted by the universally lauded Elisabeta herself, named Wine- maker of the Year by prestigeous German wine magazine Der Feinschmecker in 2006. ON BOARD TASTING Champagne is aways close to our heart at SeaDream. At our Champagne Master Classes, you can learn to tell the differ- ence between the key grapes used in champagne and find out how to pair champagne with a meal. You will learn the winemaking techniques, ex- perience prestige bottlings, sip vintage wines and grower champagnes.
