Discuss our exciting winery visits with our Wine Director. Sample wines from our wine list during casual on-board wine tastings. Pick up some new skills at our themed wine master-classes as some of the world’s top winemakers show favorites from their cellars. On these dedicated voyages you will find particularly exciting wines in SeaDream´s Wine Cellar. Hand-picked by our Wine Director, selections will be directly sourced from small family producers and will include rare vintages bought at auctions or specialty merchants. Wine Voyages Each dedicated Wine Voyage will provide all guests on board with a heightened wine experience through specially selected wines from small, local producers and informal tastings with wines from the S ea D ream wine list. One winemaker’s dinner per voyage will take place on board, with a world-class winemaker or winery owner joining us for the evening and offering treasures from their cellars to match the special menu of the day. For those guests wishing to get the full wine voyage experience, three Land Adventures will take you to small quality vineyards near the ports we visit. The vineyards are selected by SeaDream Wine Director Erica Landin through her private contacts, assuring us a warm and personal welcome . Taste the wines, talk to the winemaker, learn to harvest, blend your own wine... On board, we will offer formal sit-down wine tastings and Wine Master Classes . These are an excellent opportunity to learn about the wines in the regions we visit. They will be led by our Wine Director or an invited speaker with international experience on the topic.

WINEMAKER´S DINNER Marilisa Allegrini is the sixth generation running well reputed Valpolicella producer Allegrini Estates. With vineyards in Valpolicella, Montalcino and Bolgheri, Marilisa Allegrini will bring a range of northern Italian jewels to our tables for her Wine- maker’s Dinner. With her elegance and enthusiasm, her company is as delightful as the wines. ON BOARD TASTING Mai Tjemsland MW is Norway’s first and only female Master of Wine (of which there are only 312 in the world). Having moved to Palermo, Tjemsland is now an expert on the wines of Sicily. She will hold a unique Master Class on board SeaDream I as it sails from Lipari to Etna, including a wine tasting to showcase the new and exciting development of elegant Sicilian wines.

Fattoria Le Pupille “Saffredi” Vineyard. Ever since the dynamic Elisabetta Geppetti took over the winery in the mid 1980s, this Maremma vineyard has been one of the stars among the “Su- per-Tuscan” producers. We are hosted by the universally lauded Elisabeta herself, named Wine- maker of the Year by prestigeous German wine magazine Der Feinschmecker in 2006. ON BOARD TASTING Champagne is aways close to our heart at SeaDream. At our Champagne Master Classes, you can learn to tell the differ- ence between the key grapes used in champagne and find out how to pair champagne with a meal. You will learn the winemaking techniques, ex- perience prestige bottlings, sip vintage wines and grower champagnes.

Across the Atlantic The SeaDream Wine Education program takes place October 27th - November 8th 2014 aboard SeaDream II sailing from Lisbon to San Juan. This structured 12 days wine education will lift both begin- ners and intermediate wine lovers to the next level. The voyage will commence in Lisbon with a dinner at Portugal’s oldest table-wine winery, with the 7th generation owner. After this, we are joined by international wine experts and start our educational program aboard. Special guest winemaker Dorli Muhr will join the group between Lisbon and the island of Madeira, holding tastings and lectures on her specialities. On the beautiful island of Madeira we get an opportunity to visit a top winery. While trying wines back to the 1800s, we learn about the process of making Madeira and the cuisine that go with it. The journey lectures accompanying tastings, designed to make you comfortable with the grapes and wine regions of the world. In the after- noon, more advanced wine tastings with high-end wines will take place. Would you like to know if you prefer Dom Pérignon over Cristal, in a blind test? Will you choose Napa or Bordeaux in our own version of the Judgement of Paris? You don’t have to be a wine expert to enjoy these tastings, but you will feel like one by the time we arrive in Puerto Rico. You can make your Wine Education Voyage as relaxed or as intimate as you desire. Suggested extra reading will be available daily, and those wishing to leave the yacht with a SeaDream Wine Diploma can take the final exam, which includes a blind tasting.

Book Early and Save – Book today to take advantage of the incredible savings, some up to 50% off our standard yacht tariffs on selected sailings. Tariffs are capacity con- trolled and may change without notice. Extend Your Voyage – A second or third consecutive voyage adds excellent savings. SEADREAM’S itineraries are designed so that you may book back to back voyages and extend your yacht vacations to 14 days, 21 days or longer. Your Yacht Tariff Includes – Accommodations, all gourmet meals, wine with lunch and dinner, open bar with selected premium brands, gratuities, use of water toys, mountain bikes, golf simulator, iPods, CD’s, DVDs and more. Your Yacht Tariff Does Not Include – Spa treatments, cer- tain select premium liquor and wine cellar selections, indi- vidual caviar requests, communication costs, use of satellite telephone, internet access, boutique purchases, medical services, casino play, laundry, optional land adventures or air and ground travel arrangements. Single Occupancy Fares – Single’s rate is 100-200% of applicable yacht tariff. Method of Payment – Payment may be made with personal check, wire transfer, Visa, Master- Card or American Express credit cards. Deposits – A 25% deposit is required within 4 days of reservation or as specified by SEADREAM. Reservations are subject to cancellation or resale if required deposit is not received within the specified option period. Full Payment – Full payment must be received by SEAD- REAM no later than 90 days prior to sailing. Reservations are subject to cancellation if payment is not received by due date. All rates are subject to change. Government, Port, Document Issuance, Handling and Service fees are additional.

Cancellation By Guest – Standard Cancellation Policy & Fees. More than 120 days prior to sailing = US $ 50 per booking 120 – 91 days = US $ 200 per person 90 – 46 days = 25% 45 – 31 days = 50% 30 days or less = 100% None appearance/no written notice = 100% Passports – All guests are required to have a valid passport while onboard. Pre- existing Medical condition exlusion waiver If insurance is purchased with initial Trip payment, the Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion will be waived.
