SIGNATURE CUISINE Indulge in a Signature SeaDream experience with our gourmet 5-star dining, prepared à la minute and served al fresco at the Topside Restaurant or in the elegant Dining Salon. A variety of tempting dishes await you, such as l’oeuf poule au caviar “surprise,” succulent lobster, filet mignon, and crème brûlée. In addition to the main menu, SeaDream offers an “Always Available” à la carte SeaDream selection of favorite dishes. Dining experiences also include Welcome Aboard cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, daily Early Risers Coffee, Topside Restaurant lunch dining, poolside sandwiches, afternoon snacks, tea service, and freshly baked Small-Batch Dream Cookies. PLANT-BASED AND VEGAN MENU SeaDream offers extensive plant-based & vegan options, utilizing some of the world’s finest and freshest ingredients. Providing genuine nutrition and delicious taste, SeaDream’s plant-based cuisine includes cold-pressed raw and vegan juices and smoothies as well as delicious desserts. Additionally, SeaDream offers the only “raw food” or “living food” menu at sea. Guests have the option of experiencing an array of dishes prepared only with raw, organic and vegan ingredients, none of which are heated above 118º F. The menu, created in conjunction with the Hippocrates Health Institute, includes dessert options, highlighting light yet indulgent selections. HEALTHY CORNER Create your own wholesome lunch dishes and gourmet salads with our Healthy Corner selections. DESSERT EXTRAVAGANZA The voyage of a lifetime deserves the decadence of unforgettable desserts. Our Dessert Extravaganza is an elegant, after dinner gathering. The star of this party is the delectable display of desserts including baked treats, tarts, pies, cakes, ice cream and bananas foster. The perfect end to the perfect day. Wines are thoughtfully paired with each superb dish, enriching and enhancing your gourmet dining experience. An open bar with select brands is available throughout the day and evening, with beverages served upon request anywhere on board, including the Top of the Yacht Bar, featuring 360° views of the surrounding landscapes and seascapes. The Pool Bar offers refreshing beverages throughout the day and the Main Salon is enjoyed by guests for pre-dinner cocktails. After dinner, the Piano Bar and Casino is a favorite locale for a nightcap.
